Lunch
Participants have to arrange lunch at own expense. There are varieties of restaurants in the nearby Super Brand Mall.
Registration Procedure
Registration can be made online or via registration form downloadable from official website www.19icoms.com. Registration can be either made by bank draft in Euro Dollars, cheque in HK Dollars, telegraphic transfer or credit cards. The payment must be made payable to "The Hong Kong Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Ltd" For credit card payment, only Visa or MasterCard will be accepted.

Onsite Registration
Registration counters are located at G/F, Shanghai international Convention Centre. For on-site registration, payment made be made in cash or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).
Cancellation Policy
If written cancellation is received before January 15, 2009, 50% of registration fee will be reimbursed. There will be no refund for cancellation received after this date. All refund will be arranged after the Conference.
Letter of Invitation
The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement only.
